New Hampshire Magazine’s Jack Noon, who writes mostly about “history, fishing,  or local humor” offers THIS rambling story about his $5.00, “flatwater” canoe.

The story will appear in the anthology, “Live Free or Croak: a Storyteller’s Guide to New Hampshire,” due out later this summer.
